Second up are some beautiful books and associated products by Katie Viggers. I first came across Katie’s work when Pip was given one of her books for Christmas and then I discovered she was a local artist and gave a talk on the children’s book writing and illustrating course that I did earlier this year.

Almost An Animal Alphabet is a gorgeous A-Z book filled with Katie’s unique drawings of animals.

 

To complement the range, Katie has now produced an A-Z set of wooden blocks and various cards and prints of the different illustrations. I have been sending friends and children her cards as their birthday cards; they are so lovely I think they could be used in frames in a child’s nursery.
